House to HMO Conversion with Loft Conversion

Project Overview
Infinity Construction transformed this derelict three-bedroom Victorian property into a six-bedroom HMO for a private investor, delivering a high-spec, modern co-living space while preserving the property’s historic charm.
The project involved a full-scale renovation, including the complete removal of the existing roof to accommodate two large dormer extensions in the loft. Extensive internal demolition and reconfiguration allowed for the creation of six double bedrooms, each featuring built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area were relocated to the rear of the property, and new sash windows were installed throughout to enhance natural light and maintain the property’s traditional aesthetic.
Careful attention was given to restoring and retaining original architectural elements, breathing new life into this once-neglected property.
